		<description>I’m a journalist and signed up with Carbonite two months ago. Three weeks ago I needed to restore some photos for a story I was working on. Didn’t work. Called tech support – they couldn’t figure it out. I missed my deadline – didn’t have photos. Three weeks went by. Finally, their tech support guy email me: “your data was unrecoverable during the server downtime due to a power failure. I have added free 6 months on to your account to make up for this.” How come they don’t have a backup for their own system? Am I screwed or is there anything I can do about this?</description>
